I’ve been following fitness blender for probably 8 years now. I pretty much refuse to workout to anyone else’s videos, maybe with some months here and there I don’t workout at all because sometime over a year ago something happened while I was doing a burpee and my back gave out and I have had issues with sciatica ever since.
Previously I had tried to take it slow but my love for strength kept worsening my symptoms. I recently have gone through both Pilates programs and thought I was ready for the kickstart program with no more than 5lb dumbbells in each hand, but my sciatica began to act up again.
I guess my question is, as someone who has a hard time *not* pushing themselves when it comes to workouts, what else can I do, or how long should I stick to Pilates before trying HITT and strength again?
I’m ready to be strong again but my body is not 🥲 I do VERY much love Pilates, just wish there were more or longer programs with it.
Thank you FB for everything you do!! And thank you in advance for any tips or advice!
