Since turning 50, my belly has changed dramatically. None of my jeans fit and I feel so bloated. No matter how much I exercise, nothing seems to shift. I heard supplements can help. Has anyone used these hormone supplements and if so, have they worked or is it all a waste of money. I know exercise and good nutrition is a must during menopause, but I feel like even that isn't helping. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thank you in advance ☺
