Happy Sunday Ppals!

I hope you are all doing well on this fine Sunday Morning/afternoon/evening! It is morning here and I am having my morning coffee. Yesterday I did day 4 of the 10 day barre which was a total body strength workout with a barre finisher for each section. I asked my speaker to play ballet music to inspire me and I pictured myself as a ballerina. It all worked and I enjoyed the workout!

Today I am going to a women's basketball game. There are only 2 home games left.

Our snow is mostly melted and it is supposed to be in the 60's F this week so I hope to get more walks in.

In food news I have made curried riced cauliflower and broccoli . I still have some cauliflower and broccoli so I am trying to decide if I want to rice or cut it and saute it with curry.

That's all the news from Lake Wobegon. Now I would like to hear from you. I know several others are planning on doing the 10 day Barre challenge soon. Please tell us how it is going. Does picturing yourself as a ballerina help.
