Let’s get to it. Are you lifting/hiit-ing/running/yoga-ing/stretching/cycling/resting? That’s not a comprehensive list of what you could be doing, but it’s a start. I’ve got lower body with Tasha on the schedule. I don’t remember doing it, but it’s in my favorites, which means it will probably leave me begging for mercy and reciting the above poem!
What are you eating today? I only know what I’m having for breakfast: “carrot cake” steel cut oats. It’s not as indulgent as it sounds, just shredded carrots and raisins and spices added to the oats. But it’s tasty! What about you? Any good food plans?
