Despite sudden muscle soreness leading to unmotivation, I just finished my second week. My stretch marks have continued to shrink and I feel more toned and once again, that I can take on workouts with more energy and even enthusiasm. I'm already thinking of what I might jump into next: FB Abs 1 just to really seal the deal or strength training as I feel like that also really helps me tone up.
Hopefully I can scrounge up some energy for week 3. My time of the month just started and for me, it seems to come consistently a week early. Is that a sign of something wrong?
