How are you moving that body today? Or you know what? Maybe you're not, and that's okay too! Rest is just as important as movement. I'm taking it down a notch with today's Fit 4 workout. Core and cardio with Erica. I may go for a walk as well, since the weather is supposed to be warmish.
And what's for dinner? No surprises over here- it's Spaghetti Thursday for my guys. I've got minestrone in the freezer for myself.
I've got a question for you, feel free to skip, as always! Do any of you track your macros (protein, carbs, fats), or at least try to eyeball it? Or do you just eat your food and not even think about it? As a *mostly* vegan, I try to be aware of my macros, with a focus on protein, but I don't officially track anything. Just curious!
