Daily Check-in ANG: Wednesday, February 19th

Good morning Blendies!

I've only had two sips of coffee, so let's just jump right in, shall we?

What's on your workout calendar for today? Maybe it's not a typical workout, and instead it involves a shovel and snow, or sand and wind and gorse? Or maybe you're taking it easy? My glutes are screaming after yesterday's workout with Tasha. Today, she'll have my upper body screaming with this favorite:

And how are you fueling yourself today? My guys are having Italian sausage soup and bread; BBQ tofu, sweet potatoes and Brussels sprouts for me. For now, at least, I'm giving up on Where's the Meat Wednesday. One kid can only eat pinto beans, another can't eat nuts, none will touch tofu...that's too much mental gymnastics and I'm tired, lol!

Question related to the meme: which person are you? I’m pretty strict about expiration dates. Hubs…not so much. I’m pretty sure my life’s purpose is to keep him from getting food poisoning!
