Whichever one you are, what’s on your workout calendar for today? I’ve got a lower body strength routine with Tasha for Fit 4, and I may go for a walk at some point this morning.
Let’s jump right into food, shall we? What’s in the menu? It’s tacos for my guys, something vegan from the freezer for me. I have quite a stash built up that I need to work my way through.
Finally, a question related to the meme. When you take a road trip, what kinds of snacks do you bring along? I love junk food on a road trip, especially candy and cookies (and dried fruit)! 😆 Do you take healthy stuff, or no?
