I did Day 4 of BwT, a 65 min TB strength that seriously kicked my butt and made me pull some weird faces. I made it though with only one modification so I've definitely earned my shower. Got to wash my hair and man that's some time consuming business these days, long hair is nice but what a hassle!
Very quickly done for me as I have no idea. But hit me with yours please. What scary healthy or not so healthy meals have you got planned?
