Just decided to go for it with an upper body descending reps workout and lifted a personal best on several moves. Pretty sure I will regret it tomorrow, but it was worth it. I am so happy and proud and loving my improvements and consistency. I hope anyone else getting snowed in has a safe and good day tomorrow.
