Who's ready to jump into this mid day of the week? I know I am, I've just had some quiet time having my breakfast and some reading after doing my workout early this morning.
Speaking of those workouts, how are things going on your end? How's your program/challenge coming along? Or are you freestyling, maybe doing something totally non related to FB? Or maybe a rest day is in order and you're doing nothing at all.
For me it was Day 3 of BwT and I did the scheduled workout, some active recovery with a lot of balance work and some core finisher. And let me tell you, for it being act recovery it was sure some sweaty business. There were some exercises that made me frown seriously, like them hollow hold + superman rolls. Hollow holds no problem but turning over to a superman while keeping everything up in the air? No way José! I was glad she changed it to HH bouncers or roll ups whatever it was called.
Okay, enough rambling about that, on to food. I think hubs will have some leftover spaghetti from Monday and I'll have a Thai salad, but we'll see. Hubs might want to have his spaghetti at noon and then we'll need to find something else.
Guess I've got it all covered, I'm off to tackle cleaning out the cupboard under the sink in my kitchen. And change up some stuff in the pantry. Yesterday while grocery shopping I popped into the equivalent of your 1 dollar store to get some baskets. As you know I love my stuff organized so that's what I'll be doing today.... organizing.
Gosh, I seem to be in a rambling mood today..🙄
