Low or High impact exercies

Hi everyone! Sorry in advance for my English,I`m not a native speaker.

I really enjoy the workouts here, compared with other youtube trainers it`s easier to do and still after workout feel great. But I`m really worrying that I just keep myself healthly without toned body, becasue I headr that only too many repetitions of high impact execrises will keep your body toned, Will really apreciate your thoughts about that, thanks!
