After a quieter week at work, a bright, snowy weekend and a successful upper-body workout, I'm feeling a bit more hopeful for my next few workouts. I'm planning to take on Foundations this week, now that I'm more or less uninjured. Wouldn't it be lovely if we could all have reasonable workloads, good sleep at night, healthier bodies and the energy to complete all these tempting challenges? Let's not dwell too much on how realistic this may be, but rather take inspiration from this thought by Maya Angelou : “I hope that I may always desire more than I can accomplish.”

As for food, I'm going to try out a CSA box. I recently learned that there's a pickup point next to my office for the big greenhouse-based urban farm, and a couple of colleagues have mentioned how pleased they are with their subscriptions. Nice fresh veggies at this time of year would be great. Please share any inspiring meals you've got in mind 😋
