HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group February 9th
Good Sunday morning, FB friends,
Hope you are all doing ok in this topsy-turvy world.
My thanks goes out to the random stranger yesterday who took time to smile and share a small joke, it lifted my heart. When things seem so out of control, it is always a bit of a miracle to discover that we can still make a positive difference in this world, even with the smallest acts of kindness. Keep being the kind, compassionate person that you are, you matter.
What have you been up to this weekend? Did you revel in rest, attack a pile of chores or a workout, or head out for something fun? Or are you just doing what you can to get by right now?
I’ll head out soon to my kooky yoga class, which I always enjoy and leave feeling better. The rest of the day will be poking around doing this and that, a call with my mom, maybe a good stretch, maybe try a new recipe. I discover a new fusilli made only of chickpea flour which I’m a bit obsessed with so maybe a new pasta recipe.
Speaking of pasta, here’s dad joke for you:
Why couldn’t the chef get into his house?
Because he had gnocchi!
I know, I know, groan…Whatever you are up to, sending you hopes for a refreshing and gentle Sunday.
p.s. Please feel free to join the discussion, everyone is welcome!
