An update on my feeders: amazing! Many kinds of birdies, pigeons and squirrels are visiting (I'm watching some rn). I wish Anne were here to take some good pictures of them.
Anyway let's talk some workouts. I'll be finishing Kickstart today with a BE lower body strength and cardio with Brian and team. Very existing. After that, I'll be freestyling for a week or so and then decide on my next plan. How about you guys? Are you resting, semi-resting, working out through your program/challenge, reading, crocheting, baking, walking, running, sea dipping or water aerobicing? Please share and also let's share some delicious foods. What's for dinner? I'm not sure about us. It's too early and I haven't even had my coffee yet.
