New Workout! Lower Body Strength Tri-Sets and Weighted Core Finisher

In need of a high reps, muscle burner leg day routine? Today’s workout release has got you covered:

Lower Body Strength Tri-Sets with Burnout Rounds and Weighted Core Finisher 

Tri-sets are an efficient way to challenge muscle endurance with a hypertrophic (muscle building) flare. This workout contains four, 3-exercise tri-set circuits (each concluding with a 60-second burnout move) that will target your lower body muscles with prolonged time under tension and short recovery intervals.

I really enjoyed filming this workout because I chose weights appropriate to the format and my energy levels during that day! I challenged myself but knew that the high reps/minimal rest format would mean that I would need to select weights more so based on my perceived exertion than the numerical value of the weights themselves. You don’t want to breeze through each working interval but you also don’t want to struggle to complete reps! Tip: If you can complete 6 to 10 reps during each 30-second work interval, you’ve chosen the right weights (the 60-second burnout rounds are just mean so there really isn’t a rep range goal other than “move for most of the interval”).

I’m just curious - are you team supersets (two exercises per circuit) or tri-sets (three exercises)?
