It's been quite a long time since i've worked out. I've been dealing with chronic pain and have been off work for almost 1 year. During that time the pain has reduced my physical activity. and along with the stress, bouts of depression - I have gained weight.
I'm finally getting on the path of being treated and want to try my best to keep the pain manageable along with what my doctors advise. I have had some issues due to my weight as well and was told by my doctor that losing weight is a good step. I was going through the programs but didn't find anything in particular so just wanted to post here to see if anyone else could recommend a good program to start with. I'm thinking a yoga or pilates might be a good step I just don't know where to start.
