This workout kicks off with a dynamic warm-up to get your muscles ready, followed by two heavy blocks targeting your legs and glutes with moves like Bulgarian Split Squats, Step-Ups, Sumo Squats, and more. After our water break we'll dive into Block 2 featuring Glute Bridges, Deadlifts, and Sumo Deadlifts. And just when you think it’s over, we finish with a 5-minute Glute Finisher that isolates each side with exercises like Leg Lifts, Leg Circles, Hydrant Lifts, Clamshells, and Single Leg Glute Bridges.
