Perspiration Pals 5 February 2025

Hi there, Pals! How are you? I’m all right. If I don’t have to look at my face, my body or contemplate my life achievements. Sounds like mid-life crisis to me. There! I’ve just diagnosed myself. I can diagnose anything really. Free of charge too!

However, we are here to talk about exercise (among other things). Last week I scheduled slightly shorter routines to allow my body to heal properly but this week I decided to finish the second week of Build with Tasha. I’m doing quite well but today’s core routine annoyed me a little. I find it difficult to do exercises that require balance at 5.15 a.m. When my alarm goes off, gravity is so strong in my bed that merely lifting my head is the equivalent of a 15-minute routine with Brian.

Let’s move on to our fact-finder fragment. Today I thought I’d tell you about dangerous plants. Have you ever wondered what the most dangerous plant is? There are several. Giant hogweed with its toxic sap can cause burns. In Australia and Asia, you should watch out for the jequirity bean. The seeds are safe to handle if they’re intact but if scratched or broken, they can kill you… In North America, the most toxic plant is water hemlock. The roots look like parsnip, taste like parsnip… then you die.

All right, Pals, that’s it from me today avoid murderous plants and reading the news numerous times a day.
