HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group February 5th
Hi Friends,
I meant to post yesterday but shit hit the fan and was flying all over the place. So here is a mindful kitty for you. I am trying not to dwell and stay focused on right now. I have no control over anything and I have to accept this.
I did go to the gym yesterday and had a sweaty session.
Today? I wanted to go for a run but it is icy. You can feel ice crystals in the air. So, yoga? Maybe a short run if it warms up.
Yesterdays lone highlight was a very late dinner of creamy artichoke and spinach chicken with some pasta. It was really tasty. Luckily, there are leftovers today.
Today will be about survival.
How are you surviving?
If anyone has a tried, trusted and true (and delicious) cinnamon bun recipe, please send it my way. I have the weekend to myself and plan to do some baking.
