Hey hey, today is a special day as we release another round of a fan-favorite program! 

Join FB 30 Round 5 Today!

This is our signature program for busy people who want to get time-saving, effective workouts in that make you look and feel great as a result of burning fat and building muscle. The workouts range from 26-34 minutes/day and the average workout time is 30 minutes. The programming goes for 4 weeks, with 6 strategically selected workouts each week and a 7th day for full rest. Of course, it's important to take it at your own pace and listen to your body along the way (as long as you're continuing to complete them in chronological order!). 

While all difficulty levels are present in this program, most workouts are level 4, with a few level 5s. Those who choose to do this program should feel confident approaching this level of difficulty that is more advanced. 

All you'll need for equipment is a range of dumbbells and a mat. If you feel this program is a fit for you, us trainers look forward to working hard (and efficiently!) with you!
