So I just marked the 30 day kickstart challenge complete. Who else was/is in?
The challenge was so much fun. I enjoyed it much more than expected (usually not the biggest cardio fan) and surprised myself on multiples accounts. My strength and motivation to do challenging workouts was much better than I thought and my consistency was so much better than usual. The live aspect of the challenge really helped me to keep on track.
So I completed 24 workout days within the last 30 days which is mind-blowing. I usually aim for 12. Thanks for pushing and motivating me with this great challenge FB Team 💖
I will take it a bit slower the next weeks. I built a two-week deload routine with a short movement kickstart in the morning and a second somewhat longer but still gentle yoga, pilates or mobility workout for later in the day. My goal is to start my day everyday with some movement. I slept in rather often lately and was in a hurry in the morning.
