Happy Sunday Ppals!

It is very early Sunday morning. So early that it still feels like Saturday night. Why am I up so late? Must go to sleep.

I am busily planning my Sunday school lesson. We did this lesson 3 years ago and would you believe the short youtube videos I used then are now dated. ugh! It is hard to find videos that are appropriate for 9 to 11 year olds. The videos are either to babyish or too serious or mention things that I didn't think are appropriate.

I finally found 2 three minute videos to use so now I can get on with my night.

Sunday is a rest day for Kickstart. I will do a mobility workout since those all feel good. The weather will be nice tomorrow so I'll go for a walk.

Ppals have a great zoom session tomorrow. I will be thinking about you all as I am getting ready in the morning.

I am motivating myself to cook and eat more veggies, hence the meme.
