After 3 months, I've finally finished FB30-3. The main things I noticed (besides a gradual weight decrease) was that cardio became less stressful on my body, I could handle the burning lungs and legs a lot better. I also got some 12 pound weights in the last few weeks, and I believe adding them to my routine led to a significant decrease in my remaining stretch marks. Heading into FB abs with the goal of finally eliminating my stretch marks and continuing yoga on the side.
