Good first day of February!

How was January for you? And what is planned for this new month? January for me was a wash in terms of workouts, and overall not a good month. On the very positive side, we moved into our home and I lost 5 pounds. But on the negative side, I lost the weight because I skipped meals due to an insanely busy period at work. I am starting this new month with a more positive outlook, as things should go back to normal at work next week, and I can focus on my health again.

What are your plans on this first Saturday of February? We plan on painting an old bookshelf and buying a display case for David’s collection of “stuff”, so that we can finish emptying boxes in the living room. It will be a sunny day, so I want to go for a walk at the park, even if temperatures will remain cold. And I want to do a workout, currently undecided between biting the bullet and doing that 45-minute core workout from Daniel to finally finish the 3-Day challenge, or starting Erica’s Transform challenge. For the month as a whole, my goals remain the same.
