Navigation like pausing a video with Google Chrome does not work
Dear FB Support Team,
I am experiencing an issue while using my Chromecast with Google. I would like to use my TV remote or phone as a remote to control videos, such as pausing or navigating. However, regardless of how long the video has been playing, I am unable to pause it. The video on the screen looks like the attached image, and navigation via the phone is also not working. Since I have this issue since several weeks (before everything worked absolutely fine), I already checked that my phone software, Google Chromecast software is updated. I do not have this issue with other apps like Youtube, Netflix etc.
Did you chance anything with the video format or anything else?
What do I need to do to fully use the Chromecast functionality again?
