Hi FBF! I have been a long time member but admittedly not a consistent as I should be. My husband has been using FB more (and I am proud). I'm noticing as I've aged it's harder to stay motivated. I thought if I started interacting more it would help with my motivation. I'd like to get into running again but know I need to start slow and steady with a focus on food. Anyone else juts starting out but not necessarily "new"? Any recommendations for flexibility and strength that will get me running again?
