I havent checked in with my progress with FB FIT 2 in a while. The reason is that I fell sick a couple times, overtraining might be one of the factors there. Also covid not so long ago. So Ive decided Im gonna stick to low impact for now. We actually bought a walking pad which is great in combination with strength training and also for days when we dont want to work out but rather just get in some gentle movement. (amazing for watching tv series, lol). Overall, trying to accomodate my current needs and exercise even if its not HIIT, and most importantly, continue to exercise regularly.
Aiming for 2 total body strength training seshions per week and daily walks so I have 10k steps every day. Some days Im literally craving weight lifting and today I actually had a breakthrough - hammer curls with 7 kg in each hand, which I find amazing! Also found courage to deadlift heavier than usual, which was 14 kg total, and I felt strong and capable of lifting even more, but gonna leave that for another workout. Oh, and todays workout was this one https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/45-minute-total-body-strength-workout-upper-lower-body-superset-strength?scheduledDate=2025-01-25
