Pilates before or after Strength Training?

I remember Kelli mentioned to do Pilates either before or after strength training in a video. Which one was it? I can’t find the video she mentioned it, unfortunately.

I know Pilates helps with glute activation before a workout, but it can also burn your glutes after strength training. I’m trying to build glutes, and when I researched it, I couldn’t find a definitive answer on if to do it before or after
