"Recipe complete" ๐Ÿ˜‹

Hello beautiful Blenders,

First of all I wanted to thank the FB team for creating such a fantastic repository of recipes and meal plans.

By now I did them basically all. I know I posted something similar before, but more recipes were added and I never looked into the meal plans. Now I did the four shorter meal plans as well. The old meal plan has the disadvantage that I can't see if I already made that recipe and I'm too lazy to search through the database. I did this with the other meal plans because the titles are often containing two recipes and the system can't see this way, if you did the one or the other of them already. That said, the meal plans are great sources for cooking ideas. However, they are extremely repetitive. That's great when you cook in batches and don't mind eating the same dish various times a week. For me I had to include other dishes to mix up the suggestions a bit. And I know for strength training salmon is a great source of protein etc. but my kids started complaining about eating so much fish, despite I spaced it already over an extended period of time. Maybe including different meal options could be beneficial. FB has so many fantastic recipes. There shouldn't be a shortish of great extra options.

Another thing I noticed is that some of the recipes in the meal plans are almost the same as in the healthy meal section. The only difference might be one spice or so, which doesn't make a real difference to me.

On another note the best thing I could do was just cook all recipes available without judging if it sounds as if I like them or not. There were a lot of positive surprises regarding recipes I wouldn't have made in the first place but they turned out absolutely yummy. My husband and I learned so much about healthy cooking and using ingredients we weren't so familiar with that I'm really happy that we stuck to FB recipes the last few years and still do.

P.S. once more a picture of printed FB recipes, but this time they are all included except the recipes from the old meal plan. But for me that counts โ€œRecipe completeโ€๐Ÿ˜‹
