Happy Sunday Ppals!

Nellie says good morning, I am wearing my tuxedo today and feeling very elegant.

It is kind of dreary out today so Nellie's suit is brightening things up.

Yesterday I went for a short walk in the town next to mine. It is turning into a small city. They are building it up nicely with a nice library and large park. Of course my walk included a farmers market and a coffee shop.

As a bonus we also went to Trader Joe's. That TJ's is not quite as crazy as the one closer to me. I got 21 bananas! No I'm not eating them all myself they are for a dinner my church is serving at a local shelter tonight. I didn't realize TJ's sold them by the banana rather than by the pound. It was a good deal. Our group figured out recently that it was less expensive to purchase whole fruit than canned fruit. So now we ask for 20 pieces of fruit and the folks we serve seem to appreciate it since that is at least one part of the meal they can save for later.

I not going with the group tonight. I am going to a basketball game.
