Hi everyone! Hope all have had an empowering start to their year.
I am about to finish FB Burn tomorrow- yay! For the first time ever I didn't miss a single day in the 4 weeks unless it was a rest day. I definitely feel healthier: tighter and toned, fit, thinner yet stronger. I also feel stronger mentally for keeping my commitment to myself of showing up everyday no matter what and just doing my best.
Burn is a great program and I enjoyed it a lot. The efficiency is incredible. I swapped some workouts out, I love that feature.
Can anyone give me any info as to how Sweat compares to Burn 2?
I want to keep this momentum going. If you recommend one over the other I'd love to know. Or if you know of another program that is like Burn and maybe newer, please let me know.
