I'm nearly done with FB30 round 3 and have been able to do more heavy cardio and tolerate burning lungs. However, I've realized over my past year of working out 2 things: 1. I've always been a size 12-14, mainly because of bone structure. 2. Our family genetics makes getting rid of stomach fat hard. I still have a little with some stretch marks that I'd like to tone down if I can. Do you folks have any suggestions besides doing the ab programs? I only say that because I already have them.
Other random questions:
Do you put your foot down when you bring it under you for mountain climbers? Like a light tap? Or not?
