New Workout! Cardio Kickboxing with Strength Complexes

Good morning FB Family!

Are you ready for a level 5 kickboxing/strength workout? I’m sure you said “yes!” so let’s have some fun with today’s challenging but fun workout release:

Cardio Kickboxing with Strength Complexes

You’ll alternate between cardio kickboxing combos and strength complex AMRAPs (exercises completed in a series for “As Many Rounds as Possible”). This routine is a great option for total body conditioning, challenging your cardiovascular system and improving muscular endurance with bodyweight and weighted exercises. Thus, you get two different training modalities in one workout! Plus, kickboxing is always a fun way to test coordination, balance, and agility.

I loved filming this routine! It came at the end of one of my filming phases and I was super excited knowing that I’d be able to share it with you soon. My biggest directive to you is to have fun! Even though there are plenty more physiological benefits of this workout that I could list, sometimes the best part of a workout is how invigorated it makes you feel. This was one of those workouts for me!
