HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group January 14th

Good Tuesday morning! We’re already almost at mid-month.

If you are like me, you go gun-ho into January, wanting to do everything all at once. Above is a reminder to pace myself (and maybe yourself), and to include downtime to relax and simply enjoy life. How are you doing so far this month?

I called the clinic and will see a doctor this afternoon for my never ending cough. The coughing fits occur less often, but it’s not normal to still have them more than a month and a half after getting sick late November. I was reading that this may be a side effect of the medicine that I am taking for my hypertension. Either that or a lingering infection in my lungs. I want to get to the bottom of this.

I am planning on doing my first workout in our new home today, the last one from the 3-Day challenge. The plan is to finish setting up our exercise equipment this morning. We’ve not been very organized in unpacking and organizing. All the rooms are partially done, with boxes left to unpack and odds and ends left to do all over. Hoping to completely finish the kitchen today.
