Daily Check-in ANG: Monday, Jan 13th

Ladies!

I bet you couldn't wait to jump out of bed this morning because you knew I'd be host again! Bwahahaha, what a joke!! Just kidding, but before we start this new week, I'd like to thank Lea for another weekend of wonderful ghosting. Thanks Lea!

We've finally seem to get a few days of colder weather with frost here so I wasn't really eager to jump out of my warm bed, but Day 8 of Kickstart was waiting for me so no fiddle farting as Karen would say. Today we're teaming up with Brian and he had a strength and cardio sandwich in store which did wonders for my body temperature. Let me tell you I wasn't feeling cold anymore after all that jumping! I also added two short workouts from rcfitness: a toned back and a weighted core. Good for an EC of about 20 mins.

What about you? I know a lot of you are also doing Kickstart, but there's others who are freestyling, Lea's probably racing around on her e-bike and Lynne is most likely doing some water aerobics. Whatever it is you're doing, I'd love to know..

What I also like to know is what you'll be having for dinner today. As I'm hosting this week and I always write my check-in early in the morning, I have no idea yet what will appear on our table. We usually decide around noon what we'd like to eat, but don't let that hold you back on telling me what you're having. Might give me some idea's for the next days.

I think that about covers everything for today. I'll leave you with a picture of the hat I finally finished. I had to frog it quite a few times as black isn't the easiest color to crochet with and the pattern wasn't a walk in the park either.
