HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group January 13th 🚶

Hello everyone, welcome to Monday's thread (on Sunday night). I'm still adapting to the post-holiday and post-virus schedule, so I need to give myself the most possible time to sleep. But since I'm an eternal optimist, I'm still planning to do a light Pilates workout in the morning. It felt so good to get in a walk in the sunshine after needing so much rest over the past couple weeks. Keeping up the trend with a short workout would definitely be a step in the right direction. And if I don't work out in the morning, I've got leftovers 😆, so I'll have a little free time at the end of the day.
