Hello FB friends,

I hope your Sunday is off to a good start.

Just a reminder that while you often can’t see it in the moment, you’re doing better than you think. All those tiny steps and small actions add up to progress. So kudos to you for keeping moving forward!

How is your weekend going? Doing anything neat or quirky? Working out or resting? Eating or making anything delicious? Any trials or tribulations?

After the first week back at work, when I had no time to get outside or do anything I wanted to do, I did way too much yesterday. I did a workout, went for a walk, had lunch out, got some errands done, baked, cooked, and finally got out for a skate under the moon and stars. I enjoyed every second, but will need to have a quiet day today. So just some yoga, then a day of rest.
