New Workout! Under 30-Min Weighted HIIT

Good morning FB Family!

Enjoy the heart rate spikes in today’s under 30-minute workout release:

Weighted HIIT Circuits with Core Finisher

You’ll work your way through two 4-exercise HIIT circuits, using light/medium weights to increase the difficulty of the routine but not compromise your exercise speed of execution (there’s a weighted core finisher as well, yay!). This is primarily a cardio workout! Thus, you will not be using your heaviest weight loads to benefit from the many positive effects of a HIIT workout (high intensity interval training).

This workout was so much fun!  Knowing that the work intervals are all 30 seconds and the workout is under 30 minutes helped me push past that initial moment of discomfort to discover that I was capable of an even bigger effort (feedback not judgment!).
