I recently got a membership at my local YMCA, and I've really been enjoying the total body classes (light weights, cardio based) and they have been kicking my butt! I joined for the pool, as I have chronic pain/disability and I felt that sounded nice. (I modify everything to be low impact)
But I still want to do FB, and today in fact I did a lower body strength workout that I loved. I am just having trouble figuring out how to balance workouts, to avoid overtraining.
I was thinking maybe 3 classes at the Y, and two strength sessions with FB? Or reverse?
But then that would be 5 days of using weights, even if they are lighter ones. That sounds maybe wrong?? I don't know. Help!
Going to the Y....balancing workouts??

The group classes are extremely taxing for me.
