Complete this workout as a standalone or add it onto another strength or cardio routine for a fun, moderately intense heart rate spike without the high impact on your joints. Mentally, I loved knowing that we were only completing the 4-exercise circuit twice, so I was able to push the pace/tempo each round to elicit a high heart rate response. Most of the time, we quit working right at the point of discomfort where mental/physiological changes occur! Push beyond that initial point of discomfort (safely of course!) and notice that you’re capable of much more than you think!
I’m thinking about creating additional 15ish-minute workouts with different training focuses/formats. Sound good?
