This follow-up feat of both physical and mental stamina has a similar format to its predecessor, with a few little tweaks to kick up the spiciness and enjoyment factor (we decrease our transition time between superset exercises from 15 to 10 seconds…we don’t need those extra 5 seconds). Your focus for the workout is to challenge yourself while practicing moderation so that you have enough energy to complete the entire routine. That being said, if you need to split the workout in half and tackle the strength and cardio segments during different training sessions, no worries!
A little behind the scenes fact: I filmed this workout during a snow/ice storm and was mildly worried that the electricity would fail mid-video or that my heat pump would lose its battle of fighting off the ice (if you hear a weird rattling sound at any point of the video, that’s the heat pump fighting for its life, haha). But I was so excited to share this workout with you that I didn’t want to delay filming!
I’m contemplating a series of longer workouts (around 60 minutes) in the future? Are you interested?
