Daily Check-in ANG: Friday, Jan 3rd

Good morning ladies,

Well, it's good morning for most of you, half of my day is already gone. Anyways, how are you doing today? Feeling good, cruddy, splendid? Or more like a car has run over you and your limbs feel insulted if you want move them.

I did a bit of a mishmash of shorter workouts today, express or add-on stuff, whatever it's called. I finally tried that upper body barre WO by Erica everybody is raving about and you were absolutely 100% right. What a great workout!! Straight to my favorites! I also did a LB by her and some mobility with Kayla. All new to me WO's to check off the list.

I've also taken down all my Christmas-y stuff, everything back where it belongs, vacuumed everything and taken out the trash. My afternoon will be spent with reading, I've been sent 4 ARC's so I better get a move on and meanwhile try and finish that sweater I so courageously started.

Next item, oh yes.. fooooddddd... Sweet and short.. no idea whatsoever. Hit me with your ideas, plans, heck invite me over!

Okido, that's all for me for this week. I think I've rambled enough, it's up to Lynne for the weekend. So Lynne, you told us you needed to set alarms to remind you of things...
