LIke the title implies, this routine is made to increase strength and bone health while still being incredibly kind to your joints (and schedule, too). That’s one of the reasons why these types of workouts are considered preventative aka “prehab”. That way, you can feel assured in knowing that your efforts will not only help you today but also tomorrow!
This routine features multidirectional movements in an AABBC format. It’s short, quick, and to the point - try it out with dumbbells, a weighted vest, or water bottles; the options are endless!
