Good last Saturday morning of 2024! What will you be doing on this last weekend of the year?
Most of our weekend will be spent continuing getting ready for our move (nothing new there). We will be bringing lots of boxes over to the house today. We currently have to navigate through narrow passages between boxes when moving from one room to the next in our apartment. We also have to settle on a paint colour for our bedroom and living room. I am so indecisive.
But I did decide yesterday to get back into my healthy routine. I love eating chocolate and treats during the Holidays, but I had enough. My body needed a reset and craved healthy foods. Starting on a random Friday felt right. It felt good to drink plenty of water, eat on plan and exercise. I did this workout from Kelli, which went into my favourites: 45 Minute Total Body Strength Workout - Upper & Lower Body Superset Strength https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/45-minute-total-body-strength-workout-upper-lower-body-superset-strength I have 3 workouts left from the 3-Day challenge and will finish it before the end of the year.
