New Workout: Total Body Strength Superset Workout

Hey FB Family, Happy New Year! 

We’ve got a brand new workout for you today to hopefully help you get this new year started off right!

38 Minute Total Body Strength Superset Workout

We’ve included your warm up and cool down, and all you need for this workout is an optional set of dumbbells. It’s a low impact workout that focuses on pure strength, and it packs a punch if you lift to challenge yourself!

This workout targets all of the major muscle groups throughout the body and we set it up in a superset style (one muscle group rests while the other works) so we can get the most benefit out of a shorter period of time. This is a great example of working smarter, not harder - though we invite you to work hard, as well. This style of workout not only allows you to get more done in the same amount of time as a traditional strength workout, but because it squeezes exercises close together, it can also act as a medium to high level cardio workout.

We had a lot of fun filming this together and we hope you enjoy the workout too!

We’re excited about the new challenge - FB offered this (in this specific format) for the first time ever last May (30 Day Challenge: Strength, HIIT, Mobility) and it was the most fun we’ve had building a challenge - both helping to design it, and actually doing it ourselves along with all of you. So we’re really excited to be able to do another round!
