First of all, I wish you all happy holidays and hope you can spend it with your loved ones.
The end of this month is busy as one can imagine with finishing up work stuff, family visits and taking the time to rest. Today I managed to complete FB FIT 2 day 15 workout, which was HIIT + total body strength with Kelli. This workout kicked my butt! Ive had a one week pause from exercising, went on some hikes and so on - today and tomorrow are FB FIT days 15 and 16, and then I will continue the programme in January. In the meantime 2 more hikes and a trip are planned. Excited!
