Thank You So Much!!!

I just completed my first free week workout and I loved it SO much! I decided to do the 5-day Foundations with Nicole. The Day 1 lower body workout was amazing, completely scalable up or down. Nicole's instruction is impeccable! I paired the workout with a 12-minute cardio and core finisher also by Nicole.

Thanks so much, Fitness Blender, for this free Plus week! I really appreciate it, and I'm loving it so far!
