Just wanted to pop in to say how grateful I am for the Pregnancy and Postpartum programs!
I am six months postpartum and finally feeling like myself again - and I'm giving a lot of credit to FB for that.
I went through all three Trimester programs and was so thankful for a starting point. This is my first baby and I had very little knowledge of how to modify exercises, or how much/little I should be doing. I loved having Nicole's and Kayla's expertise to rely on.
The pregnancy series is short, but I did it the first part of each trimester and then had a good idea of which other videos to pick and how to adjust them. It kept me active all the way through my pregnancy. And it also kept me motivated and feeling confident - it helped me to listen to and trust my body while it changed.
The postpartum series did the same. I'm so glad there was a place to land while I figured out my body again - especially when it came to core strength. That was humbling for a while!!
