I woke up around 3am with a stiff neck and couldn’t fall back asleep. So here I am, bundled up in a blanket on the couch, watching snow falling and lights twinkling on our Christmas tree. I don’t remember the last year that we had significant snow accumulations on the ground at Christmas. It looks pretty now, but it will be a pain for David and his team when they get to work, having to clear all of it.
I decided to attempt to finish the 3-Day challenge before the end of this year, coughing fits or not. So today will be a half standing, half on the ground core workout with Tasha, with some cardio in between. I’ll do my best and take extra breaks as needed. Do you have a workout planned on your calendar today?
I’ll also get an extra workout by continuing to pack and clean while David is working. We got one closet completely done yesterday, it felt like we were making real progress. And then we took a break and never got back to it 😂
I’ll be in charge of looking after a stuffed turkey roast that David will put in the oven before he leaves for work, for tonight’s supper at his parents. I don’t cook meat but I can follow instructions. I know there will be some basting at some point. I’ll also be preparing an overnight French bread casserole for tomorrow morning, to have with hot cocoa. Will you be having supper with family and/or friends today?
